Especially
relevant is a software application that allows simultaneous searches of almost
any number
of documents (including PDF’s, AutoCAD files,
email messages etc) based on any keywords.
Allows incredible timesaving when searching for phrases
across numerous documents.
Also have voice recognition software that allows me to dictate whilst carrying
out inspections and them
pass directly to Microsoft Word for final formatting.
Result is more efficient use of time and
significant saving to the case cost.

Litigation relation to major marine conversion contract failure.
Prepared numerous reports including extensive calculation of
electrical construction completion
at contract termination together with calculation of cost
to complete.

Evaluated allegations of causes of fire. Wrote

not be based on contravention of regulations.

could not be supported by expert evidence.
